Interact by phone to solicit orders for goods or services, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, make appointments, collect information or conduct follow-up.

1. Manage tickets and ensure bookings are complete.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction through brief and accurate information gathering and relay
3. Coordinate and schedule bookings with partner shops and drivers schedule board
4. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
5. Provide reports as required.

- At least 2-year college education
- CS experience from car service centers / auto parts
- Preferred agents are Female
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Good data entry and typing skills

Dispatch Agent

1. Check Driver attendance
2. Assign reserve driver in case of absence
3. Book Uber or Grab for TC - Transportation Concierge (driver) 4. Schedule and dispatch drivers or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using mobile phones.
5. Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from clients, drivers, Customer Support Agents, and Supervisors, using mobile phones or email.
6. Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service.
